Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All orders are shipped within 3 business days of you placing the order using USPS or UPS. Typical delivery time frame is between 2 to 7 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond my control such as postal delays.
