Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All orders are shipped within 7 business days
During checkout, be sure to triple check your shipping address. If your items are shipped to the wrong address because of your mistake, we are unable to reship or issue a refund. If the order is by chance returned unused and unopened, we will refund minus shipping PLUS a 15% restocking fee.
Once orders have been dropped off with the carrier, we are no longer responsible. If your package is lost or stolen, you must file a claim with UPS OR USPS. Keep in mind Economy shipping does NOT include insurance.
