Yoni Steaming is a Self-Care practice to restore health and balance. It has many benefits such as helping to promote healthy cycles,
1. Put the herbs and water into a pot and bring to a boil. Let them simmer 10 to 15 minutes then turn heat off. Keep covered. You can use as much or as little but I recommend no more than 1/4 cup.
2. Allow the water and herbs to steep for 5 minutes with the lid on. Carefully pour contents into container.
3. Prepare your steaming area. Check temperature to ensure it's not too hot. Wrap yourself in a towel or blanket to keep steam inside.
4. Steam for 15-30 minutes. Can repeat 3 times a month.
