Detox Foot Soak with Tea Tree Oil
This homemade detox foot soak is great for relieving the body of stress and encourages relaxation. It also helps tremendously with pain and muscle cramps. This includes tea tree oil and green tea leaves as both have strong anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties. Baking soda and peppermint essential oil also make this soak super refreshing!
Directions: Pour about ¼ cup of the soak into foot tub, add hot water and soak your feet for 15-20 minutes. Pat dry with a towel and apply a moisturizer. Gentle enough to use daily or as needed.
