What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
I try my best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 7 business days for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 2 to 7 business days.
Tracking numbers will be updated within 24 hours after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number please email me at boddeelove@gmail.com.

My order says "Delivered" but was not received. What should I do?                                                                         

If your package says DELIVERED via USPS or UPS, we are not responsible if it was stolen or misplaced. Please file a claim with your local post office or carrier. All priority mail and UPS packages have insurance for these reasons. You are welcome to File a claim!

Keep in mind Economy shipping does NOT include insurance.

There is an issue with my order what should I do?

As with most companies, I always recommend immediately inspecting your order. If you notice any damage, defects, or issues in general contact me immediately. I will do my best to assist but any issues must be reported within 7 business days.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Due to the nature of the products, I cannot accept exchanges or returns and do not offer refunds. If there is a legitimate issue with your order, I definitely want to make it right, so please contact me.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty within 24 hours of placing the order! Please keep in mind, the order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at boddeelove@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary but all orders will ship within 3 business day.
